S.E.E. offers an effective approach to building your brand recognition.  The S.E.E. Annual Conference attracts executives and decision makers from leading American utilities.  In addition, key industry partners attend each year. The corporate sponsorship program allows S.E.E. to offer all attendees an exceptional conference experience, with enjoyable banquet events, helpful services and useful take-aways.  Through corporate sponsorship, you can increase your organization’s exposure, communicate directly to your target market, develop new sales leads and keep your name in front of existing customers. See our list of member utilities.

2019 Sponsorships

S.E.E. offers an effective approach to building your brand recognition.  The S.E.E. Annual Conference attracts executives and decision makers from leading American utilities.  In addition, key industry partners attend each year. The corporate sponsorship program allows S.E.E. to offer all attendees an exceptional conference experience, with enjoyable banquet events, helpful services and useful take-aways.  Through corporate sponsorship, you can increase your organization’s exposure, communicate directly to your target market, develop new sales leads and keep your name in front of existing customers.  Sponsorship is a stand-alone marketing opportunity and is not inclusive of 2019 booth space nor does it provide any benefit towards inclusion in future tradeshows.

S.E.E. offers five levels of sponsorship at its Annual Conference and Trade Show.  Sponsor at a level that fits your business needs and budget.  All Sponsors confirmed by March 29, 2019 receive Benefits #1-8, noted below.

1. Sponsor’s logo displayed on S.E.E. conference website according to contribution-level. Logo will be hyperlinked to Sponsor’s website. Logo will be added upon receipt of payment and will remain as long as the conference website is active. 

2. Sponsor logo included in Conference Program according to contribution-level. Program is a 60 page, full color book, distributed on-site to registered conference attendees. (Based on deadlines.)

3. Sponsor logo & name displayed in Conference Mobile App listed by level under “Sponsors”. (Based on deadlines.)

4. Bolded listing in Exhibitor Directory, if sponsor is also an exhibitor. (Based on deadlines.)

5. Sponsor logo on Sponsor meter board signage by level. Signage displayed in high traffic area for the duration of the conference. (Based on deadlines.)

6. Individual sponsor ribbons for registered sponsor personnel. Ribbon denotes level of sponsorship in gold or silver foil or color text and will attach to namebadge. 

7. Special thanks during General Session. DVD Slideshow of all Sponsors shown to an audience of 700+ people at opening, mid-break and closing of General Session. Each sponsor is highlighted in an individual slide showing company’s logo and level/type of sponsorship as a voiceover artist announces the sponsorship. (Based on deadlines.)

8. Complimentary conference registrations (value: $750-$850 each). Sponsors receive complimentary registrations as noted in table above. Complimentary registrations must be inputted--through the website portal link provided by S.E.E.—by June 7, 2019 to remain valid. Complimentary registrations will be void after June 7, 2019 if not utilized (assigned to a specific employee).  Complimentary registrations may be used for employees of the sponsoring company only. Substitutions will be honored at any time.
How to Confirm a Sponsorship

1. Deadline for renewing sponsors is February 8, 2019.  Target deadline for first-time sponsors is February 28, 2019.  Sponsorship must be confirmed in writing to S.E.E.   Fill out the SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT and PAYMENT FORM, indicating your desired level or item of sponsorship.  Return agreement to Amy Bekele at S.E.E. (amy@theexchange.org) by the deadline noted on the form.  Amy will confirm receipt of the agreement and forward an invoice if credit card information is not given. 

2.       Sponsor agrees to pay sponsorship in full within 30 days of returning the Agreement Form to guarantee receipt of and redeem all forms of recognition as noted in this Sponsorship Prospectus.  Failure to forward payment as specified above nullifies sponsorship.

3.       S.E.E. will continue to accept Sponsorship Agreements after February 28, 2019; however, certain forms of printed recognition are date sensitive and cannot be guaranteed after that date.
