• One complimentary conference registration awarded per $1000 contributed through corporate sponsorship. (a $495 value each) Note: Complimentary registrations are not offered for doorprize sponsorships.
  
• Special recognition during Wednesday’s General Session via professional voiceover thanking company and noting level of sponsorship and/or item sponsored. Corporate logo will appear on big screen(s) as voiceover makes the announcement to an audience of approximately 500 people, including top utility executives.
  
• Sponsor’s full-color digital logo displayed on SEE conference website according to contribution-level. Logo will be hyperlinked to Sponsor’s website. Logo will be uploaded upon receipt of payment and will remain as long as the conference website is active (at least 6 months).
  
• Recognition in the conference pre-registration announcement, distributed electronically to over 1500 utility members.
  
• Corporate logo displayed in the full-color Conference Program (a 44-page booklet/agenda distributed on-site to all conference attendees). Logos displayed according to level of contribution.
  
• Special recognition as sponsor on full-color standing signage or banner to be displayed in a high-traffic area throughout the conference. Sign or banner will be at least 7-ft tall and display all levels of sponsors.
  

How Do I Become a Sponsor?

• Fill out attached SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT, indicating your desired level/item of sponsorship. Return agreement to S.E.E. immediately.
  
• S.E.E. will issue an invoice for the appropriate amount to the attention of the contact named on the Sponsorship Agreement. Invoice must be paid in full to S.E.E. within 30 days of invoice date to guarantee receipt of all forms of recognition as noted in Sponsorship Prospectus.
  
• Failure to forward payment as specified above nullifies sponsorship.
  
• Sponsorship agreements received and/or paid after March 1, 2007 will receive whatever forms of recognition are still available. Check with Amy Bekele at S.E.E. office.
