I will forward payment for this amount to Southeastern Electric Exchange no later than March 1, 2007 or --if after March 1--another date specified and agreed to by S.E.E. staff. I realize my failure to forward payment by March 1 or the agreed upon date nullifies my sponsorship, and my company will receive no further recognition at the 2007 Conference.

 S.E.E. will accept sponsorship at any time prior to the conference; however,

1. Sponsorship must be confirmed in writing by January 31, 2007 and paid in full to S.E.E. within 30 days of invoice to guarantee receipt of all forms of recognition as noted in Sponsorship Prospectus.

2. Failure to forward payment as specified above nullifies sponsorship.

3. Sponsorship agreements received and/or paid after March 1, 2007 will receive whatever forms of recognition are still available. Check with Amy Bekele at S.E.E. office.
