| * Onsite registrants will receive a namebadge and session tracks; however receipt of registration giveaways such as programs, bags, notebooks and other sponsored items cannot be guaranteed since items are ordered well in advance, based on registration estimates at time of order.
Cancellation Policy: No fee assessed for substitutes from the same company. A full refund minus a $100.00 administrative fee will be extended for cancellations received by S.E.E. on or before May 20, 2012. One half of the registration fee will be refundable for cancellations received by S.E.E. between May 21 and June 15, 2012. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after June 15, 2012.
