Accounting, Customer Billing and Finance Division
The Finance & Accounting Section has the responsibility to coordinate all activities required for a successful annual meeting at which presentations will be made covering various areas of accounting and finance. These areas would include, but not be limited to, the following: General Accounting, Management Controls, Internal Reporting, and Rate Case Preparation. Finance topics would include planning for and evaluating financing alternatives and raising capital; cash management and bank relations; management of employee benefit funds; economic evaluation of investment decisions, evaluation of regulatory and legislative proposals, financial reporting; and investor relations.

The Customer Service & Billing Mutual Assistance Task Force has been established to provide a process for mutual aid to other member utilities in the call center and billing function during emergency periods. This process will work through the official S.E.E. Mutual Assistance Guidelines to provide those services.
