Substation Section
		About The Substation Section has the responsibility for all activities relating to engineering and operating large transmission and distribution substations. Substations to be considered shall be those beginning with distribution substations that transform from transmission voltage to distribution voltage and extending through those bulk power substations transmitting power at HV, EHV and the future UHV voltages.
