About
Many companies are facing the need for baseload generation for the first time in many years and increased pressure to pursue demand-side management (DSM) and renewable resources options. The S.E.E. IRP Task Force will examine and research solutions based on analysis methods, critiques of models used in the analyses and risk analysis. The Task Force will also focus on ways to evaluate DSM options and renewables or incorporate renewable portfolio standards into planning, determine the appropriate reserve margins and investigate lessons learned from IRP proceedings. |
