Tradeshow Information
Exhibit hours complement the conference schedule and keep evenings free to entertain customers. Meal and reception functions will be held within the exhibit hall to draw attendance to the tradeshow. See below for specifics on exhibit schedule and booth information.

- Refreshment areas strategically located to increase traffic flow
- Use of high-boys vs. banquet tables at lunch to maximize time for booth visitation after the meal
Two Complimentary Exhibitor Personnel Badges
For each 10'x10' booth rental, exhibiting companies will receive two complimentary exhibitor personnel registrations (a $1,050+ value) to staff their booths. Complimentary registrations are valid for admission to the receptions and luncheon, General Sessions and all open breakout sessions. Two additional badges can be purchased at the rate of $425.00 each (a $100 savings p/badge). Further additional badges may be purchased at regular published rates - $525.00 each.

Exhibitor Directory Listing
The Exhibitor Directory is included in attendees' registration materials and is designed to showcase exhibitors by giving the booth number, company's description, marketing contact info, and website.
